The chitter chatter in our heads can delay or cancel quite a few plans and secretly you’ve used up all your excuses. But what stands in your way? 

If there is a soft voice within you that just answered “…me, I’m standing in my way” then hope is definitely not lost! Where your confidence has left you high and dry it’s now time to get it back…

Confidence Awakening is a day workshop that allows you to creatively explore, wonder and create in a relaxed and fun environment and helps you understand your inner critic and dig up your confident self.

You will

• pause, reflect, learn and create
• explore individually and in a small group (max. 8 participants)
• walk away with tools of self-awareness, recognising the bad but most importantly the good
• be coached/guided by a certified Life Coach
