Coaching Circle 2020 - identifying your values and setting healthy boundaries
Setting healthy boundaries can have many benefits, including helping you to make decisions based on what is best for you, not just the people around you.
The first step that we need to take is to identify what we value the most, and therefore what we need to keep safe! If you would like to explore and clarify your values, discuss and create your personal boundaries, I am sure you will love this event.
Do you sometimes wonder;
- how clear you are on which principles guide you and your decisions?
- if you factor in enough 'you time' each day?
- how you can be more comfortable saying 'no' occasionally or putting yourself first?
This discussion group is relaxed, informal, and welcoming, and is an opportunity to share your thoughts, ideas or challenges with other like-minded women. The workshop is designed to encourage you to think about what you need to do to look after yourself and make the best decisions for you!
Everyone who attends is encouraged to take notes, ask questions, and enjoy the discussions, however, the group is also a lovely space for introverts - there is no pressure to share if you don't want to.
