Challenging our thoughts and limiting beliefs
Our two hour workshop will encompass tools and techniques around 'changing your beliefs in order to change your mindset' and 'supporting adults and young people through coaching and NLP'.
Increasingly, mental health is a growing epidemic and we understand that adults and young children are faced with several challenges affecting their daily lives, more so than ever. There is a great underlying need for addressing mental health and emotional well-being.
Feeling out of control, having loss of direction or lack of motivation can leave you feeling like someone packed your skull with bouldering rocks. You can’t concentrate, you feel irritable, you feel tearful and no amount of coffee or hiding away will clear the weight of clashing rocks inside your brain.
When was the last time you felt really relaxed and in control of your thoughts and you didn't let those limiting beliefs stop you? You know the kind of thoughts, of clarity, clear vision, unstressed, confident and driven with action to reach your goal without self-sabotaging beliefs; where you wake up feeling refreshed and genuinely excited about getting out of bed?

Research shows that one in 10 young people and children suffer from mental health issues, starting from early as six years old. One in four adults suffer from mental health related issues leading to mental ill health.
