Career clarity for students and career starters
Overwhelmed by career options? Stumbling through your early career? In a job which isn't right for you? Clueless about what career you want? Feeling pressure to get a good job?
Navigating your early career can be incredibly stressful. There's no manual to tell you what to do and yet everyone else seems to have an opinion on what you should do next!
In this session, we will set aside the 'traditional' career advice about strengths, skills, CVs and internships. Let's step back and uncover what matters most to you. Finding work aligned with your values, motivations and preferences can help you thrive personally and professionally. You can have a brilliant career and look after your well-being. I'll share the tools and techniques to do just that. You'll be able to make your next career decision with confidence.
You'll also get your own copy of the Career Clarity Toolkit! So you can revisit the tools as many times as you like.
