This is an 8 week online course providing you with a whole host of tools and techniques to master your mind, mood and motivation to help you to do whatever it is that you want to do.
Each week there is a theme, and each week you get:

- Two videos to explain the techniques related to the theme.
Wonderful Wednesdays you receive:
- Reminders of the key points to focus on that week.
- Further inspiration.
Fantastic Fridays you receive:
- A different technique each week to help you to review and learn from the week.
- Ideas to help you to enjoy the weekend ahead.
During the pandemic the price has been reduced from £99 inc. VAT to £49 inc. VAT and you can share the material with anyone in your household who might benefit from it.
