Be confident workshop
This workshop introduces you to simple techniques to use in your everyday life to increase your confidence. It is a friendly, supportive, and enjoyable workshop, with opportunities for you to apply the techniques that you learn to your own situation. Please come willing to share thoughts and ideas, but also rest assured that no one will be made to feel uncomfortable or 'put on the spot'.
You will learn how to;
- adopt confident habits
- nurture and grow your inner confidence
- break your unconfident-thought cycle
- react confidently when you feel nervous
- respond confidently to negative thoughts and memories
Please note that this workshop is for a maximum of 10 people and places must be booked in advance.
