About the retreat
This retreat can help you get your creative mojo back. Perhaps you have an inner saboteur stifling your progress. Maybe you want to work on your confidence as a creative person, or get past limiting beliefs about money. Whatever the block might be, we’re here to support you without judgment. Please don’t sit at home on your own, worrying about whatever is feeling hard right now, come and play with us instead. All your feelings are welcome here.
What do you get?
Enjoy a full day of coaching with me, alongside other independent creative people, and a hands-on workshop with Jo and myself as part of the day. No artistic experience or expertise is necessary, we’ll be using art materials and techniques for an optional coaching exercise, and there is no pressure or demands on you.
Oh, and there’ll be a lovely lunch too.
What’s the vibe?
My retreats are designed to be spacious, confidential places to express yourself. Together we can explore your creative practice, work on what might be blocking your progress and enjoy food and community, with the other participants. I’ve hired a theatre space for this vibrant, joyful retreat. It’s in the heart of Brighton and a very short walk to the seafront.
Like my 1-2-1 coaching, we’ll go where the conversation takes us. Yes, there will be a plan/agenda for the day and also we will follow the route of where you need to go, creatively and emotionally, to get what you need out of the day. Retreats can be transformative. Whether you need to rest and re-group with yourself or top up your energy, I’m here for you.
While accommodation and travel aren’t included, my VA, Kate can help support you to plan your trip. Prices start at £200, with discretionary bursaries available on request.
