21-day start your day right programme
21 days to start your day, year, and decade right - drawing on the wonders of yoga at the Poole Yoga Centre.
Starts: Monday 6th January to Sunday 26th January, 6.30 am to 7.30 am, to secure the habit.
After 21 days, you will have developed a habit which will enable you to;
- learn how to keep your mind and body clean
- start every day positively with clear intentions
- develop the inner strength to support your goals
- learn a 30-minute yoga routine that you can go on to start your day with from home
- 15 minutes positive mind suggestions, plus affirmations to continue daily from home
- 15 minutes of breath work and meditation - continue at home
Plus a half-price one to one coaching session on the subject of your choice included within the price.
