12 CCEU available with Ross on 'Core competencies-going deeper'
This coach education programme, 'Coaching Competencies – Going Deeper' is accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) for 12 CCEUs (continuing coach education units). It provides instruction, practice, and mentoring to help coaches deepen their understanding of ICF competencies and how to apply them. The programme is led by a highly experienced mentor-coach with a 100% success record for ICF credential applicants and a reputation for excellence in clear and direct communication.
The programme:
- Module 1: ICF Competency #1 – Demonstrates Ethical Practice
- Module 2: ICF Competency #2 - Embodies a Coaching Mindset
- Module 3: ICF Competency #3 - Establishes and Maintains Agreements
Module 4:
- ICF Competency #4 - Cultivates Trust and Safety
- ICF Competency #5 - Maintains Presence
- ICF Competency #6 - Listens Actively
- ICF Competency #7 - Evokes Awareness
Module 5:
- ICF competency #8 - Facilitates client growth
Training takes place on the second Tuesday of each month Dec 2024 - Apr 2025, 19.30-21.00 hrs UK/London time on Zoom.
