A slender waist can make any shape look amazing and will help you to carry off all sorts of glamorous styles, you had never thought possible before. If you want a waist as tiny as Kate Middleton, there are many ways you can achieve it.

Healthy eating is an important way to keep the weight down around your waistline. A diet which is rich in clean and lean foods will do wonders for the digestion, and thus, prevent bloating. It is recommended that an individual has around 25-30 grams of fibre per day, and keeps a high intake of fatty acids which are found in oily fish. These can also be found in many supplements and will help reduce weight held around the waist.

One of the best exercises for toning the waist is hula hoops. Luckily, it is also a lot of fun so you won’t really feel like you are doing a lot of hard work. The exercise works the core muscles and burns lots of calories around the waist area. It is also good for improving spinal and hip mobility. Hula hoops can be found in many toy stores and also as a game on the wii fit. If you are feeling even more active, you can introduce some lunges and twists into your game.

Other effective exercises for keeping a slender waist, include the plank, which is more effective the longer you hold it. The oblique curl and the leg extension are also good for preventing a thick waist.

There are many creams on the market just now which can be effective for toning the skin around the waist. You can also try a body shaper, which may also help reduce your weight around this area.
