Life coaching used at weight loss boot camp

We all remember tear away teens being put through their paces in ‘brat camp’ and over weight celebrities being pushed to the edge on celebrity fit club. However boot camp is no longer just a form of T.V entertainment but also an effective form of therapy.

It was only recently that sister site counselling directory reported that adventure therapy can help those battling an eating disorders.

Hilton Coylumbridge, is set in 65 acres of woodland estate where participants will be put through their paces at a revolutionary new boot camp which aims to achieve the ultimate weight loss while changing unhealthy habits forever.

The difference between this programme and others that are currently available is that this combines intensive exercise and techniques with neuro linguistic programming (NLP) which will focus on how participants can change their behavior and free themselves from cravings.

Eilidh Macdonald-Harte, life coach at WeightShed, said: “There really isn’t a boot camp concept like ours. On our camps, you will improve your fitness and we make it fun, the twist is that you spend equal amounts of the day in fitness coaching and NLP life coaching, so that you actually experience a life-changing week, not the usual week of torture delivered by other camps.”

The Highland Boot Camp costs £1,250 per person single occupancy or £1,100 to share a room.
