Focus on problems positively
In an article over on the Evening Courier, life coach Helen Williams has published some advice on how to focus on problems positively. Part of her advice includes writing down the problem in a list form, breaking the problem into chunks, and then considering the best and worse possible outcome for each chunk.
“Quite often the fear of the problem grows out of proportion to reality, we let our imagination run riot and worry and over-analyze making problems balloon becoming much bigger than the actual issue” says Helen.
