Life coaching for unemployed Londoners
Another new life coaching scheme is to be launched in London, reports the Evening Standard.
Those who are currently unemployed and on benefits will be offered free life coaching sessions to help them re-evaluate their lives and motivate them to get back into work.
A report about the scheme, entitled 'Mentors For job Seekers', said that the trial would see if life coaching could be a viable option to help people find employment.
those taking part will be given 10 hours worth of one-on-one sessions with a life coach to help set goals, and three months and six months after their sessions they will have interviews to determine if the coaching has been successful.
