What is NLP

NLP can be likened to software for the brain and is probably one of the most valuable skills we can learn if we’re committed to helping our clients to achieve the most out of their life.

Neuro-Linguistic-Programming simply means our neurology and thinking processes, the language we use, how we are influenced by it, our patterns of behaviour and the goals we set. You could therefore regard any NLP training as the start rather than the end of your adventure and learning.

One of the most exciting things about NLP is that is opens a whole new way of communicating not only with other people but also with yourself.

With NLP, we our clients and ourselves to take back our personal power, as opposed to our brain having power over us, and running us, we’re in control. As humans, we truly hold within us unlimited potential, however many people simply drift through life not realising that if they take the time to learn valuable navigation skills, they can direct their life to be exactly of their choosing. NLP is the compass that helps us to plan our journey, and ensures that we stay on course, whist enjoying the journey.

Theory and Practical Training

Each student learns practical NLP skills, it is an essential part of all ABSH NLP course. The presentation of NLP techniques will be followed by demonstrations on class students and each student will be required to practice each skill in small groups to gain experience of working with both receptive and resistant subjects. We will practice each training day to take you from being inexperienced to an experienced and confident upcoming practitioner. Practice sessions will always be overseen by myself.

You will be provided with everything you need, including a full student course manual, which delivers the core learning of each module and contains core learning material, references and appendices. In addition, you are expected to read extensively and carry out your own independent guided study and research.

This modern, approach to NLP puts students in a strong position to start a new career or complement their existing therapy practice. My main aim is to enable students to deal safely, confidently and effectively with a wide variety of symptoms. Practical skills training is an essential part of all ABSH NLP training courses.

Course Content

The Practitioner Diploma in NLP takes place over the course of three intermittent weekends spread over 3 months. The lectures cover all the required modules of the syllabus and are practical and intensive. I ensure that there is continuous assessment of each student’s progress and time is made available to discuss any problems that may have been encountered during the intervening weeks. The required home study consists of reading recommended textbooks and journals and practicing on friends and family.

The ABSH NLP diploma give you all the skills, procedures, knowledge and confidence to instantly begin working and seeing your own clients with expert hypnotherapy and neurolinguistics programming (NLP) skills.

This Accredited Level 4 Diploma Qualification gives the students the confidence, knowledge, skills and proficiencies to work as a Creative Life Coach to help their clients to make truly-positive changes in their life. This training course is filled with so much positive and powerful information to not only help you to help your clients, but also help you to expand and grow personally and professionally.

This course is designed to prepare students to build their business, so they work as self-employed life coaches in their own coaching practice. Over the training months, you will expand and grow from taking your first steps in to coaching through to a high-level of competency across a broad set of coaching approaches.

I am a pioneer of positive living and I’m therefore proficient in positive-personal change! To me, life is a gift, and life coaching is a creative gift for coaches to be able to make such powerful changes to people’s lives. Being a creative life coach gives you the best opportunity to make the positive changes for your clients and their lives.

At Annette Brown Coaching Academy, you will learn with me, everything you need to know to be the best in your field. You’ll be proficient in how you creatively coach, as I personally, offer you the opportunity to develop various styles of my coaching practices. My personal tutoring and experience will enhance your own knowledge to build a successful coaching practice and a successful you!

The Accredited life coaching course is based over 100 hours. Of which 60 are face to face hours, 15 hours self-study and the remaining 25 hours is based upon you coaching 5 independent clients (no other student members) for 5 x 1-hour coaching sessions.

Working with me gives you the opportunity learn in a practical, fun and easy way. This course is based upon an easy to follow learning process which focuses on how you think-feel-behave as a coach and how very astute you become in using coaching and NLP language.

This course is full of informative knowledge with amazing tools and techniques that enables you to competently and skilfully build your coaching skills in a creative and positive way.
