I have been a life coach since 2006, following on and comlimenting my personal counselling work practice. I found the process so effective to achieve my own goals I wanted to share it with others, so they can also benefit from getting what they want from life.

Coaching can help with small, personal goals to larger, life changing goals - career development, managing home and family changes,or whole lifestyle changes and readjustments necessary as part of the life we lead.

£35 per hour with free introduction of 20 minutes with first session
£45 per hour and a half
