Life coaching since 2006, following on and complementing my personal counselling work, I found the process so effective myself to achieve my own goals I wanted to share it with others, so they can also benefit from getting what they want from life too!

Coaching can help with small, personal goals to larger, life changing goals - career development, managing home and family changes, or holistic lifestyle changes and readjustments necessary as part of the life we lead.

Fees

£35 per hour with free introduction of 15 minutes with first session
£45 per hour and a half

Home visits may be possible where appropriate

I work with individuals one to one
Facilitation of group work for organisations with workshops and information events, market events and team building
Public workshops and information events from £7-£15 a session
Social and business groups for just £5 a session
