Profile
I specialise in Ontological Coaching, a more holistic approach, ontology means the science of being. It encompasses the body we live in, the language we use and the moods and emotions which we take action from. I am also an NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Coach. I hold the PCC credential from the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
I am a Programme coach for the Newfield Network a global organisation that provides personal transformation courses and coaching for executives, coaches and individuals.
One of my proudest achievements was co founding Mirus Coaching an organisation whose aim is to support social entrepreneurs and social activists. Mirus provides low cost, high quality coaching to those organisations and individuals involved in front line social action.
I am passionate about how people (regardless of age) learn, grow and transform themselves. I am deeply committed to helping people lead more effective personal and professional lives.

Areas of life coaching I deal with
Fees
Life Coaching fees charged to the individual are:
£120 intake session
£ 70 a session (approximately 45 minutes)
One Off laser coaching session 1 hour £100
Business coaching fees by negotiation with the company.
All fees are payable in advance by BACS or Paypal.
Depending on geographical distance an extra fee may be charged for time and travel expenses, if Alma has to travel to you.
There are a few places reserved for people who have limited resources and special circumstances please call for availability.
