I'm a senior hr professional with 20 years experience predominantly in the service industry. Working with senior executives as a peer and as a coach means that I have an in-depth understanding of the challenges of leadership.
I'm a firm advocate of “leadership begins with the leader managing their own inner life so that the right emotional and behavioural chain reactions occur” (Harvard Business Review). All leaders need high levels of emotional intelligence if they are to achieve their personal best and be truly inspirational.
I coach senior leaders, mid-level executives and high potentials in a number of service-orientated organizations and professions. Typically my coachees are human resources; business development; marketing; finance; ICT; facilities management; legal professionals and/or senior operational leaders. I also coach Oxbridge students who are looking to secure internships and/or their first career role. I regularly find myself working with executives who have reached a crossroads in their career; who are struggling with their personal brand and/or who are experiencing conflict within key stakeholder relationships.
I use an ‘eclectic mix’ of coaching tools and techniques including profiling instruments such MBTI (Myers Briggs); Belbin; TIEQue (emotional intelligence) and 360 degree feedback to support individuals to develop greater self-awareness.
My coaching style is “a balance between support and challenge" based on individual ecology. I create the space for coachees to explore who they are; what they want to achieve and the challenges they need to overcome. My role is to act as the catalyst for enabling them to achieve their personal best. I do this by supporting them to challenge any limiting beliefs, perceptions and/or assumptions and by holding them accountable in a way that works best for them.

Programme based on your Coaching Agenda.
The above fees are based on the coaching taking place at my home office/studio, via telephone or skype. If you prefer to meet on neutral territory or at your office, I would need to make a small charge for my travel expenses.
Most of the above packages incorporate psychometric profiling and 360° feedback but where it's not included it is available at £58.80 per profile and £116.40 per 360° feedback exercise.

I launched my coaching practice after taking time out with my young daughter. I was formally a human resources director of an international hr services company. My mission is to ensure that all my clients experience career success by uncovering their personal brand and acquiring the 'know how' to work it !
