Personal Development Coaching is coaching for the whole of who you are and what you want to become, from your highest ideals through to your everyday life.
With PDC, I will coach you in achieving your goals and ambitions. Using proven techniques from Life Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, I will help you to overcome any limitations from your past that stand in the way of becoming who you want to be.
I am also a qualified coach of Connected Breathwork. This is a powerful but gentle technique which enables you to resolve old emotional issues and re-connect with your life-energy. I offer sessions of breathwork alone, or as part of an overall strategy to help you move your life in the direction you want.

I have been practicing as a Breathwork coach since 1993, and as a Personal Development Coach since 2005.
I have also taught these techniques in a number of FE Colleges in London, usually as 3-6 week practically-based courses.
