I am a Psychology Graduate, qualified Counsellor and Life Coach. As the Owner and Head of Development for Life Ltd. I have worked with a variety of clients with wide ranging issues. They included seeking a clearer vision of future career and life goals, stress reduction, developing better professional and personal relationships, creating better personal focus and awareness, improving approaches to problem solving and increased levels of self awarness.
By working with clients through these areas, benefits have included: better sense of well being, much less stress, higher energy levels, better work performance, and improved personal and professional relationships.
