Down to earth and approachable, with over seven years' experience, Im a certified professional life coach and career coach, trained by the respected Coaches Training Institute.
I work with people who want to change their non-working life for the better, helping them to improve anything from their relationships to their confidence levels and work life balance. I specialise in career coaching, using the Firework (TM) programme which enables people to move from confusion to clarity and into taking action about their future work. I train other coaches to use the programme too.
Because I spent a long time feeling that my own career wasn't the right match for me, I know what it's like to feel frustrated about career direction and when I qualified as a coach, I knew I wanted to specialise in career coaching so that I could help others who are frustrated.
Ive worked in communications for 20 years and I combine running my coaching practice with being a Director of Communications for a Government agency. So I also understand the challenges of leading teams and delivering more for less. And as well as working with private individuals I also coach women leaders to help prepare them for promotion into the most senior jobs in Government.
