Life coaching is a dynamic process that helps you maximise your potential and remove barriers to growth and development.

I am a qualified life coach offering 1:1 coaching covering all aspects of personal and professional development including:

* lifestyle choices, work/life balance and health and wellbeing
* career choices and development including starting your own business
* personal development including communication and assertiveness skills
* building self esteem and confidence
* time management including personal or business project management
* personal effectiveness including proactive structure and routine
* relationships including interdependence, negotiation and delegation skills

In our first session we will assess which areas of your life you would like to focus on in coaching. Subsequent sessions will include a review of that area and any changes including any negative thoughts or beliefs about it that may be creating a fear or barriers. Then we will look at what you would like to be different, creating realistic and achievable action plans to put susbstance to your ambitions for change. Coaching is an interactive process where we will set goals and deadlines for you to take action between sessions.

My role as your life coach is to provide motivation and support, suggest alternatives or other options to consider and to help you stay on track to complete your action plan. I am not prescriptive as you are the best judge of what is right for you, but coaching will challenge your assumptions about yourself and your capabilities and take you out of your comfort zone into new areas of opportunity.
