Profile
I'm a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, specialising in helping people make better career decisions.
As a psychologist I often help people who want to change, but don't know how or in which direction. They feel stuck where they are and often lack the confidence to move forward.
If this is you, I will work with you to scientifically identify and clarify your strengths, personality preferences, skills and values. Then, we will work to identify whatever it is that is holding you back and you will learn ways of dealing with the anxiety and fear that often (always!) comes with career change.
Prior to becoming a psychologist I spent 12 years working as a management consultant, but found it soulless and it didn't suit me. I agonised for ages about what to do next, before changing career, so I know how painful career change is. Today I use my experience to good effect, and have been operating successfully for 4 years.
I usually work with clients in 1 to 1 sessions, but I also run group workshops and work with people via skype and online using my unique career decision making tool, CareerStorm Navigator.
I offer free introductory sessions to all clients and work flexibly in venues all over London. Along with training in psychology, I am also trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help people deal with anxiety, depression, confidence etc.
My mission in life is to help people make better career decisions and to find meaning in their lives. I love what I do and am serious about my own values. Get in contact for a relaxed, explorative chat.
