I specialise in two areas of coaching ;

1. For rebuilding life after illness or other major changes.Coaching can help you focus on seeing life differently and making changes in bite size chunks, to realise your potential and desires, taking your new circumstances into account.
2. Coaching for self employed people to support there business and themself. I have seen over the years many self employed who work very long hours and become ill. Having run my own business for 20 years and having an upbringing in a self employed family I understand the challenges and issues around this way of working.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have a certificate and diploma in coaching,gained in 2004 and 2005. I work at present in a breast cancer centre in Leeds as a therapist and am experienced in helping people to meet the challenges of difficult illness and to work within in new boundaries in terms of energy levels, physical restriction, and anxiety of recourance. I am a trained acupuncturist with 20 years experience of running a busy health practice ,treating clients , and teaching and examining students in the field. I have worked privately and within the NHS.I find coaching to be a powerful tool to help people to reach their potential.

I charge £70 per session ,with a discount for 5 sessions booked in advance to £50 per session
