I have been successfully using coaching strategies in a variety of settings for many years and hold a qualification at distinction level with The Coaching Academy. I work also as a neuro-linguistic practitioner, hypno-psychotherapist and person-centred counsellor and integrate these approaches to help you identify limiting beliefs that you may hold about yourself and replace them with empowering alternatives which more truly reflect your strengths, achievements and abilities.

Face-to-face coaching in Lancaster: £30 per hour
Face-to-face coaching at your home or business: £50 per hour (A current and clear Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure is available on request)
Telephone coaching: £30 per hour
Online coaching by skype or messenger: £30 per hour
