Since 2003, I have worked as an executive coach supporting individual clients and teams. My client base has included Directors, Senior Managers, Leadership Teams and Talent Pools. I particularly enjoy working with people looking to clarify their vision of the future and then get into action and make it a reality. I have worked with people stepping into leadership roles and entrepreneurs looking to put their ideas into practice.

I believe that organisations can make significant performance improvements by leveraging the often latent potential within teams. To facilitate this I have designed and delivered team coaching programmes aimed at creating a high performance team culture.

I have designed and run Coaching Skills workshops for leaders and managers that provide a solid grounding in basic coaching skills.
