Profile

I am a highly qualified coach and mediator with 20 years experience. I love helping clients move forward in their personal or working lives, solving their practical or mindset issues, focusing on solutions.   Equally adept at helping those who find themselves in really tough situations, facilitating them to build bridges to a better future (and, if it would be helpful, coaching/mediating two or more people, to help get to that better future).

Clients report that they are "very satisfied" with my service to them. Common feedback includes the following:
Personal style - "approachable; friendly; easy to talk to; listens well; sensitive and understanding; exceedingly positive".
Perception - "very perceptive; can 'see' what the problems are".
Practicality - "sensible and constructive; objective and unbiased; common sense approach."

I can draw on the rich variety of my personal and business background to help you to think through and develop your life in many areas as the following may indicate:
Private Life - Married for over 25 years and brought up two children who are now at university.  Have experienced some really difficult times in my life and come through the other side having learned a lot.
Social Life - Have pastoral oversight responsibility for a wide range of people belonging to a group - singles, couples, families, retired - all sorts.
Former Corporate Life - For more than a decade, headed up teams of professional staff and sat on corporate management team.  In the same organisation, was leader of the volunteer staff-to-management engagement team covering 600 staff - I saw and dealt with everything, coaching, mentoring and mediating whatever key issues came along.  I did this for individuals (staff, middle and top management), whole teams and the entire organisation.
Current Coaching Life - For the last few years, have continued coaching but in a wider context and with more variety - hired by individuals for all sorts of personal, family and work related issues, and hired by businesses to coach staff, managers and partners or board-level executives, ranging from very small firms to household name multi-nationals.  People are people, whatever situation they are in and whatever level they are at - the same sorts of issues crop up, but in different guises.
