Have you ever felt that having more confidence would help you make the changes you want to make? I offer telephone coaching and NLP across the UK and beyond, helping clients build Core Confidence in their work, life and relationships.

My coaching advice has appeared in numerous national newspapers, in magazines and online. I've also offered coaching advice on television and radio and am a regular guest of Sadie Nine on BBC Essex. I've been on the editorial team for Rapport, the NLP and personal development magazine since 2007. I write a regular Core Confidence column for Kindred Spirit and features for many other titles. I am a fully qualified, experienced and accredited coach and complementary therapist. I am a Professional Member of ANLP and a Student Member of BACP as well as a founding member of their new Coaching Division.

* NLP Master Practitioner (2008) from INLTA
* Life Coaching Diploma (2005) and Certificate (2004) from Newcastle College
