Training, qualifications & experience
I qualified as a coach in 2004 and have a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling and a Post Graduate Certificate in Integrative Counselling and Coaching (one of the first group in the UK to be qualified to post-graduate level as an integrative coach-therapist).
To help you as quickly, effectively and ethically as possible, I integrate other therapies I am qualified and experienced in as appropriate. These include yoga therapy, mindfulness, NLP (neuro linguistic programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
It is always up to you - many of my clients like this integrative approach but if you only want counselling, that's absolutely fine.
A freelance psychology, health and wellbeing writer (evemenezescunningham.co.uk) since 2004, I contribute advice, columns and features for a wide range of national, specialist and international print and online titles.
My first book, 365 Ways to Feel Better: Self-care for Embodied Wellbeing will be out this May.
I've served on the British Association for the Counselling Professions' (BACP)
Coaching Executive since 2014, initially as Specialist for Communications and, now, as Chair.
My qualifications include:
Advanced Supervision, Therapeutic Supervision, Group Supervision and CORE Supervision certificates in Integrative Clinical Supervision from the Centre of Supervision and Team Development (CSTD London). I completed my Integrative Clinical Supervision training in 2016 and, while I work towards overall certification, am offering low cost supervision.

The Feel Better Every Day Consultancy in Witham, Essex is within easy reach of Chelmsford, Colchester, Maldon, Braintree and just 50 minutes by train from London.
If (after your free, no obligation telephone consultation) I feel I can help you and you choose to work with me, we'll begin with a 90 minute assessment session (later sessions last 60 minutes) and decide how to proceed from there.
I usually recommend starting with 6 sessions after which we'll review things and decide whether or not you want to continue with open ended counselling. Occasionally, 6 sessions is enough for people but usually, longer term is more effective.
Sometimes, during the initial 90 minutes, you may decide you'd prefer longer 'breakthrough' sessions.
We'll talk about the options during these early sessions.
