I'm the author of four best selling books in personal development including 'Live Life. Love Work' and 'NLP for Dummies'.

I specialise in confidence, career change and development, personal well-being and communication challenges. I have been working in the field of personal development for over 10 years and have extensive experience in getting beneath the surface to support clients with long term change.
