I specialise in stress coaching. Skype calling and video calling available. In just 6 weeks, and for as little as £130, you can see real improvements in your symptoms.Stress occurs when we perceive the demands in our lives to be greater than our ability to cope with them. Relationships, finances, work, health, and loss are just some of the sources of stress that place great demands on us. I have read the business advice saying I should charge a similar rate to others offering the service. Charging less is said to give the client the impression that there must be something wrong with the service provided. I went to see a small business advisor and they said "If it doesn't hurt in the pocket they wont value it".I felt that times were hard for people and it would be difficult for clients to afford more. I am not interested in getting rich, I have set a price that will generate an income I am comfortable with. There is nothing inferior about the service I provide.
To reduce your symptoms, and takcle the causes of your stress, you need to explore the way you think about and perceive the world and events. You also need to think about how stress affects you physically and how you can protect yourself. Finally,you need to explore changes in your behaviour that you can make that will reduce your stress. You can't control the world but you can take control of how you respond to it. You won't do this alone, I will support you every step of the way.

Package 1- Stress Reduction
What you get:
The programme is educational and practical. You will learn what stress is, what causes it, and effective ways tackle it.
It addresses your individual needs and the issues that you face on a week by week basis. It provides you with the tools you need to relax your mind and body. Each session ends in action planning, agreeing steps you are confident you can take to improve your well being.
6x1 hour sessions stress coaching sessions. These sessions are supportive, educational and practical.
A Relaxation CD with total, rapid, and partial relaxation techniques included on it.
A leaflet, e-mailed to you, relating to each session. You don't have to remember what was said in the session, other than goals agreed.
Your stress levels are assessed and monitored at each session.
You will understand what stress is.
You will learn to relax your mind and body.
You will identify the causes of your stress.
You will be introduced to ways in which you can change your life style, or develop knew skills or behaviours, that will build your resilience to stress.
Package 2
This can be purchased either following undergoing package 1, to build resilience to future stress, or on it's own; as stress prevention. Research has shown that some people, faced with great adversity in their lives, seem hardy and resilient. It has also been shown that you can develop your resilience to stress. In this package you will:
Develop a vision of the life you want.
You will prioritise the stress causing areas of your life to change.
You will be coached and supported through change.
You will learn relevant resilience building skills such as assertiveness and confidence building.
You will be coached and supported in developing your resilience as you put your skills into practice.

Your first consultation is free, no hard sell, that's a promise. I will explain how things will work and what you can expect from me. I will be able to ensure I am the right person to assist you, and you can decide if you think I am the right coach for you. After that we begin the process of stress coaching. You can stop at any time, no quibble, no pressure.
I am a registered, as a nurse,with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. I have to abide by the Nursing Code of Practice. I am in the process of applying for membership of ISMA.

I have many years experience of supervision and appraisal as a manager in the NHS. I was a lecturer at a university for 3 years and mentored students. I was a life coach for 12 months before specialising in stress coaching and I have been accepting referrals from an NHS Occupational Health Department for the last 6 months.
