Susan approaches weight loss from a psychological prospective instead of putting clients on any kind of 'diet'. The process enables clients to feel more empowered around food and deal with emotional eating whilst also geting rid of any negative/limiting beliefs. Clients report significant increases self-confidence and self esteem. Susan offers a Platinum coaching package providing support for up to a year. This package includes the use of Time Line Therapy (TM) and Hypnosis.
