I have been involved in personal development for over 13 years and am passionate about helping people overcome difficulties in their lives.
I run a private coaching practice in Leicester (Stimulus Development & Training) which combines Life Coaching with Reiki to offer a deeper, more holistic approach to the client's coaching experience.
I specialise in helping people reduce stress in their lives, raise their self esteem and maximise a sense of well-being and relaxation. I also specialise in helping clients with the practical side of getting their life back on track: ie action planning, time and energy management and self management.
