Profile

As a motivational life coach, integrative counsellor and Reiki practitioner, I have lived and worked in Sheffield for most of my life. I have been coaching for over 10 years and set up my practice, trading as Life Solutions in February 2006.

My telephone coaching practice is run privately from home. I offer face to face life coaching, in my therapy room, which is based behind the House of Elliott, 9 Penistone Road North, Grenoside, Sheffield, S35 8QH, South Yorkshire. I also coach in schools and in the public and private sector.

I also provide business mentoring to Directors of small companies and HR representatives.
