About Me
My name is Liz and I am a Personal Coach here at Glow Coaching. I am honest, straight talking, positive, bubbly, and natural motivator. Before setting up Glow Coaching I had a varied professional career having worked in Human Resources, Community Orientated Roles and as a Careers Advisor. My passion is people, in particular improving people’s awareness of who they are and what they want. Also aiding them in learning to be their own best friend and have great confidence and self-esteem. I see myself as a “catalyst for change” in others. My mission is to change people’s negative beliefs about themselves and creating new empowering beliefs, this then creates sustained positive change to how people feel about themselves.

I have been specialising in confidence building for several years, and have successfully helped 100’s of people grow in confidence, feel happier and achieve the things they want in life. I have now trained as a coach and specialised in the field of confidence coaching. I want to share with you everything that I have learned so you too can have confidence and self-esteem, be happy in your own skin and achieve the things you want in life.
We offer 1-2-1 phone or face to face coaching or confidence coaching workshops designed for the need of your group.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have university accredited Post Graduate Certificate in Personal Coaching and extensive coaching experience. I am a member of the National Council of Psychotherapists, Coaching Circle, and Association for Coaching. As well as qualifications and experience as a careers advisor.

Avaliable on request sessions start at £50 for phone coaching.

Further Information

I run a series of Confidence Workshops, Workshops can be designed to fit the needs of your client group depending on size and areas you would like to work on. We have designed and delivered workshops for Aim Higher, Nottingham City and Leiecstershire County Councils.
