I have run my own successful coaching business for the past six years, and have had coaching experience over more than 25years in a variety of settings.
I work with a huge range of individuals and teams to enable the maximising of both work and personal performance and achievement. I aim to get the very best out of everyone! Getting the best out of you means less stress - that's got to be good news!
