I became a coach, as do many, through personal experience of employing a coach. We coaches like you reached this stage of consider getting a coach, mainly because you have not been able to find the appropriate source of support among your friends, colleagues or within the organisations you work for. Be very aware this is not unusual. It does not signal that your friends are no good, simply they are not the people who can help you - they are friends! In a similar and related way this applies to the people you work with and for.
I am a Business Coach, Executive Coach and Life Coach, I work with people who want and seek to take action to change the circumstances that surround them now.
My coaching works by helping to find and clarify exactly what it is that is being sought. Helping to discover and then develop the new way forward. Providing motivation - supporting progress - giving on-going support to achieve desired outcomes.
I have more than 15 years experience of providing business and personal coaching and mentoring, in business, engineering and education. In that time helping individuals and groups to break down barriers and take actions to achieve results and reach goals they previously had not dare consider or believe possible.

Fees
All fees relate to need and duration. Full Focus delivery standards only accept offering high quality services and value for their clients.
Expect an initial consultation session to last up to 2hrs. No fee is charged unless substantial out of pocket expense is incurred.
Further individual sessions are usually for 1hr to 1.5hrs.
Group, Corporate and Business Coaching session fees by negotiation.
All clients are provided with email and phone support.
All fees are paid in advance. Usually for a minimum of 2 sessions.
Further Information
Coaching sessions are usually face to face at an agreed location.
One to one and group sessions may be conducted by phone or Skype.
