I have been running my personal life coaching business for two years now. In this time I have met with a vast number of people in need of coaching for a variety of reasons. People ask: who needs coaching and who is it for?
I answer: anyone and everyone can benefit. We all feel a bit lost at times, in need of motivation, focus and direction.
I have coached women preparing for first time motherhood, women going back to work after a child/children, those preparing and/or already in their retirement, those looking to change career or relocate, clients in need of confidence and self belief to name but a few.
I have coached males and females alike from 20-65 years!
I am passionate about setting inspiring goals and have seen the boost it gives people to create visions that ignite the soul.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I trained with New-U coaching Edinburgh. The professional Life Coach qualification is recognised by the ICF.
