I am trained by and accredited by The Coaching Academy, the largest UK training school for coaches.
I studied coaching for two years and qualified with a Distinction in their Personal Performance Coaching Diploma. I continue to study with them and, for supervision, I run a local coaching circle who meet to support each other, share good coaching practices and for supervision.

You decide how you want your coaching, when and over what duration. If you're in Surrey we can work together in person, however coaching works really well over the telephone or internet, so it can easily be done day or evening, affordably and at your convenience.

I recommend you check the level of a coach's qualifications, what their clients gain from coaching with them, as well as talking to them to see if you like the sound of their approach to coaching. Then you can decide on the best coach for you. Having said that, I believe any coaching is better than no coaching!
