I have experienced Life Coaching myself and found it to be totally inspiring, and for me, life changing! My clients can make big changes to their lives, or they can make small changes that make the biggest difference. Everybody has their own journey to make and should have the freedom, courage and knowledge in order to achieve and sustain their goals.
Through the Life Coaching process I give you space to breathe, time to talk and the opportunity to explore what is important to you in your life, whether it is your career, your work/life balance, confidence, self-belief or relationships. I encourage you to dig deep and look honestly at areas of your life that cause you stress or block your creativity, and those areas that you would like to develop or change. I help you plan your journey and taste what success would feel like for you.
I use positive techniques to build your confidence, self-esteem and self-belief, and energise your individual creativity in order to inspire you. Believe in yourself - your dreams are within reach - imagine how you would feel if you could achieve them. You can make the difference, you just need the courage to make your dreams a reality.
I have nearly 30 years experience in Human Resources and I am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Development activity forms a major part of my work. I challenge values, beliefs, skills and ambition in order to develop skills, create inspiring goals and achieve true potential.
Outside of the workplace I provide coaching for those who want to be inspired and motivated, those who want to feel the very real benefits of change in their lives, and those who simply want to live and enjoy life in a happy, honest and totally fulfilled way.
