I trained as an accredited Professional Co-Active Coach with CTI and I now specialise in Career and Relationship Coaching.
If career is your focus, we can work together following a structured programme, designed to give you insight into your motivators, skills and needs so that you can create an action plan for change. I believe in the power of real collaboration in relationships and that the potential of the whole really does exceed the sum of the parts. I work with people in relationships who believe that too! I offer relationship coaching for couples, siblings, partners and teams.

I am a faculty member with CTI and train new coaches on their International training programmes. I am also a licenced Firework Career Coach and love this approach so much that I now train other coaches in it.
For the past seven years I have been practicing as a coach working with clients that range from entrepreneurs and creative pioneers to senior executives in blue chip, and international companies including Rabobank and Starbucks.

I have 20 years experience as a senior execuitve in sales, marketing and business development in the healthcare, fashion and leisure sectors, although I began my career as a dietitian in the NHS.
I am fully committed to my own personal and professional development; I have my own personal coaching and regularly have one to one and group supervision.
