I have a wealth of professional and personal life experience to draw on for my work as a coach. I have a very successful career in the City working for an international company where I chose to address my work life balance and worked part time before leaving to set up my own business. I now spend more time with my family and pursuing my personal dreams which includes working with people in the personal development field.

As well as a coach I am a qualified counsellor and believe this is very supportive to the client in the event that we meet any therapuetic issues which could be holding you back from long term change.

I have attended many different personal training courses; Insight, Essence, Anthony Robbins Mastery programme, Goddess, Coach U, several Leadership trainings, NLP, and am a trainee counselor. However for me how I have transformed my life and live my life with integrity is the biggest demonstration of what I have learned and have to offer you. I am also a Reiki practitioner and healer which supports me to connect with my clients.
I run workshops for women to explore their femininity and celebrate who they are as women. We also run mixed group workshops to heal the relationship between the masculine and feminine

I work with my clients primarily over the telephone Thursday and Fridays. I pay the cost of calls to landlines. I will consider meeting face to face so let me know if you would like to explore this.
The telephone coaching sessions last for 50 minutes and I offer 3 packages:
1. Taster package 1 month (4 weeks) - £180.00
2. Joy package 3 months (12 weeks) - £430.00 (20% discount)
3. Passion package 6 months (24 weeks) - £750.00 (30% discount)
Coaching packages are always fully paid for in advance. I coach for at a mutually agreeable time.
