Profile

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach generally working in and around the Bournemouth area.
I offer both Life Coaching and Clinical Hypnotherapy as 'stand alone' activities or in a combined form.
In some circumstances Hypnosis can greatly enhance Life Coaching, for example in areas such as general health and weight management.

I originally trained as a General Nurse and later spent many years working in social care, helping people to make positive and lasting change in their life.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I Have over 20 years experience working with people in a supportive capacity, including over 4 years at a Senior Managment Level and 3 years in Change Management.
I have coached both clients and staff via personal supervision and Professional Development Planning.
I am a full member of the Association for Coaching and am currently undertaking my NLP practitioner training.

I completed my Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy at the Institute for Clinical Hypnosis in London and am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and appear on the General Hypnotherapy Register.

My fees vary depending on location and whether face to face or telephone work but generally range from £45 to 65.
