Project Coaching is used to get the most out of you projects in a business environment. It will empower individuals, teams, leaders and their interactions to improve the performance of the project team, and so the results you expect from these projects.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I am a professionally trained coach at the Coaches Training Institue (CTI), the first coach training school to have its programs accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
As a full member of the Association for Coaching I follow their Code of ethics and good practice.
I use techniques developed from Neuro Linguistic Programming and I am working towards a diploma as a NLP Practitioner.
With a co-founder Life Coach I developed a special programme LYLAC (Live Your Life After Cancer) to to help people rebuild their lives after cancer treatment.
I've developed several series of workshops in the Winchester area.
I'm permanently developing myself as a Life Coach by attending and speaking at conferences, networks, etc.
