I offer Life Coaching that empowers you to achieve your goals and be the person you want to be. I can teach you techniques you can use to re-write any negative self-talk or negative beliefs that are holding you back. I can also help you deal with difficult past experiences in a painless way without having to relive them.
My aim is to boost your confidence and self-esteem and give you tools you can use for yourself now and in the future.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
Member of the Association for Coaching & the Stress Management Society, I have been coaching since the late 1990's and am a qualified Matrix Reimprinting practitioner.

Fees
I aim to be affordable whatever my client's circumstances. With this in mind I offer a flexible fee rate where clients can chose what they pay in line with what they can afford. The suggested fee range is from £45 to £90 per hour.
The number and frequency of sessions will depend on what you are trying to achieve and I am always happy to have an informal chat first (at no cost) to enable me to give you some idea of how many sessions you are likely to require and more importantly, to make sure that I am someone you would be happy to work with. It is important that you find the right coach for you.
