Profile

I am a trained and qualified Personal Performance Life Coach, qualified through the Coaching Academy. I offer one-to-one coaching to individuals across a range of areas, in particular people going through periods of change in their lives, crisis in confidence, or to help individuals achieve their desired outcomes. I also offer Team Coaching sessions working with Teams in particular the Voluntary and Statutory sector. In these sessions I work with the team to ascertain where they are at the present time and where they want or need to be at some point in the future. Through guided exercises and incisive questioning techniques, objectives and goals are established then action points and review mechanisms put in place to achieve these results. Feedback from these sessions indicates that teams have been favourably impressed with the outcomes frequently outweighing expectations!

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I am a qualified and registered Social Worker having worked in the field of Fostering and Adoption for many years prior to teaching Social Work in University both the DipSW, BA and BSc Social Work programmes. I retrained as Life Coach in 2007 and began my own business that same year. I also have the INLPTA Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming and use NLP techniques within my work.

Team Coaching

Fees

For personal coaching clients I offer a free introductory 30 minute session, then I charge £50 per session payable monthly in advance.
For Team Coaching I charge £100 per hour plus travel time plus mileage @.40ppm. I would expect to visit the organisation prior to any team coaching to ascertain expectations from both managers and staff. In addition to the team coaching sessions I may need to offer some individual sessions to run alongside of the group sessions, for key staff.
