I never underestimate the power of the simple conversation to get to the root of an issue and then uncover the resources to make the changes needed. I have witnessed remarkable changes happen enough times in coaching to know that it is absolutely possible for you accomplish extraordinary things. Through coaching, as well as achievement of immediate goals, you can expect more clarity, confidence, self belief, self and other awareness, and focused energy. Then you will do a superb job in whatever you want to achieve and find fulfillment in all areas of your life.
I am particularly skilled in the areas of voice, presentation and impact. I've helped many people perform with increased confidence and presence, and have frequently assisted people in gaining promotion and coached senior people for high impact events in both corporate and political arenas. My specialised subject is communication in all its guises, as the bedrock of success in personal fulfillment, relationships, career success and work/life balance.
The most important factors in coaching you are the relationship of trust and the fact that you are a unique individual. I no longer believe in stock solutions. I have also learned that the serious business of coaching is most successful when there's plenty of room for humour and creativity. I run friendly open workshops in London in voice, presentation, communication, leadership, relationships, coaching and NLP where people have fun and experience real positive change.
I am interested in coaching individuals at all levels and from all walks of life. My experience goes from the coaching of a vice-principal at JP Morgan and executives of the European Commission to people out of work, from a Chief Superintendent of Police and the Secretary General of the Women's Lobby to the European Parliament to a stressed young mother and a fifteen-year old.

Coaching sessions are conducted face-to-face, on the telephone or via Skype. For face-to-face coaching I coach mostly here in Dorking, though I also travel to clients in London, Sussex, Hampshire and surrounding areas.
