Hello, my name is Seanaid and I would like to thank you for taking this time to find out more about my passion for life coaching.
I have experienced at first hand how powerful this process can be.
It was through my own coach that I was able to find the self esteem and confidence to follow my dream of setting up my own coaching practice.
I specialise in telephone coaching which I find extremely successful.
I am fully committed to helping my clients achieve their goals and make change happen. I enjoy life coaching as I am very much a "people" person and have seen how powerful the process can be.
I will help you decide the area of your life which requires change and support you throughout. You will be totally in charge of the changes you decide to make.Ths is done by me asking questions that are designed to make you really think about what you want.
Coaching can take place "face to face" or by telephone so don't worry if you don't live very close.

Training, Qualifications & Experience
In 2009 I qualified with The Coaching Academy as a Personal Performance Coach with distinction.

As part of my training I spent time coaching individuals in areas that included - career,retirement,confidence,self esteem as well as health and well being.
Since qualifying I have continued to help people in many areas. Life coaching can be used to help with development and change in any area of life.
I took up life coaching after a successful career in accounts administration. I also have experience as a teacher.

Fees
My initial consultation of 30 mins is free.
This would involve me getting to know more about you and give you an opportunity to decide if life coaching was for you.
I then charge 35.00 per 45min session
I would recommend that the minimum number of sessions required would be 4 at a cost of 140.00.
6 sessions - 210.00 with discount of 10.00 = 200.00
Payment would be paid in advance, in line with the terms and conditions stated in our contract which would be agreed before coaching would commence.
These prices are for a period up to and including 30 June 2012
