I know what it is like to lack confidence, I know what it is like to feel utterly depressed, and helpless, I learned the hard way.

I failed to achieve my true potential first time around. I had not achieved any academic qualifications of any note prior to entering my 50's.

I am now happier than ever before in my life. Ironically, now I have qualifications, I no longer need to work, I do it because I love it.

My understanding of healthy lifestyle is also a key factor in my coaching. I teach as well as coach but I do not preach. Together we will achieve life balance by a unique method of matrix coaching or by any one of numerous methods that I can teach you for you to create your own solutions.

Spirituality is an important area of life that many of us at worst dismiss or at least allow to fade into the background. When neglected however it can affect our whole life, even our finances.

My unique style of career coaching looks at your key skills such as communication, team-working, decision making, creativity, professional and ethical behaviour and much more in a way that only few can offer (Based on 30 years of performing/assessing Policing skills).

My Workplace Attributes and Skills Profile (WASP) can help give you the confidence that knowing yourself affords.

I am also a bio-cognitive therapist which enables me to help you to understand how your body is your best friend. Respect it, unite it with your mind and it will serve you well.

Further Information

I specialize in emotional awareness raising. I love working with teenagers to help them to realise the importance that emotional management can play in a successful life style.

I use various forms of bio-feedback in exciting and thought provoking ways. I have developed a therapy I call bio cognitive therapy based upon the emerging science of bio cognitive psychology and an eclectic approach to wellness.

I use a form of e-mail coaching that clients tell me is cathartic and like having their own personal agony aunt.

Many people dismiss Life Coaching as being an extravagance yet in reality it costs more per minute to hire a taxi than it does to hire a coach!
