Personal Development Coach and owner of WY-Coaching based in Huddersfield. I offer personal coaching across a wide range of life areas including career, wellbeing, work/life balance and managing or coping with change.
I keep the relationship focused on results and growth for my client, by mixing the right measures of challenge and support and combining these with enthusiasm and a keen sense of humour.
My particular skill is in asking the incisive question that removes the client's limiting assumptions.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
Member of International Coach Federation and a Core Essentials Graduate from CoachU, the leading provider of ICF-approved coach training. Currently working towards Certified Graduate status, and then on to ACC and upwards!
CoachU 2007-2009.
Practice established in September 2009.
Previous coaching and mentoring experience while working in financial services sector and as a volunteer instructor with the Army Cadet Force. I have also been coaching junior sports teams since 2004.

With my experience of working with young people and as a sports coach, I can add particular value to clients who work in these areas.
Fees
Standard fees are £150 per month. This includes 2x45-min or 3x30-min telephone coaching sessions plus on-demand e-mail and telephone support.
A limited number of pro-bono sessions are available every month, and I am also prepared to offer sessions on a scholarship basis at minimal cost. These are ideally suited to school-leavers or students, or clients who are currently not working. Scholarship fees are arranged on an individual basis with each client.

I firmly believe we all have a true world-beater somewhere inside, and my goal is to inspire my clients to locate and unleash their inner champion.
