EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, more commonly referred to as 'Tapping') - to rid you of any emotional barriers either to your achievement or well-being
Team coaching to focus intentions and build motivation
Small groups to concentrate on a specific area (eg Goal Setting; Confidence; Motivation etc.)
Home workshops - to serve as a fun introduction to coaching!
