I am a Self-Belief and Stress Coach. I specialise in Self-Confidence/Self-Esteem and Self-Belief building as well as Stress Management. Your self-belief can influence virtually all areas of your life, including relationships, career, health and finances. During the coaching process you will start to understand the causes for your stress or/and lack of self-beleif. Coaching will empower you to deal with negative, limiting thoughts and beliefs and move toward a more positive and helpful way of thinking. You will begin to notice a difference in the way you think and respond to challenging circumstances and start to see life from a more positive perspective. You and I will also formulate a step by step plan of action together, which will allow you to make gradual changes. I believe that by 'healing your mind' (transforming your belief system for the better)you are giving yourself a great chance in transforming your life completely. Your relationships, career, health and finances will be positively impacted.

I have completed my honours degree in Psychology in 2004 and I continued on to qualify as a Life Coach. I had the opportunity and the privilege to train at the Centre for Coaching in London, which has pioneered the development of Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Multimodal Coaching. I also attended courses that enhanced my skills as a Life Coach, at the Centre for Stress Management, one of the leading providers of stress management training in the UK. I am also a qualified in MI (motivational interviewing).
In my coaching practice I make use of all the academic knowledge as well as my life experiences and self-development tools I have gathered over the past ten years.

Self-Belief Coaching

Self-Belief Coaching is built on Cognitive Behavioural Coaching principles and it aims to help you to build your Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence.
You will go on a journey to find out where the negative, limiting beliefs about the world and yourself have originated from and how these thoughts and beliefs are played out in your everyday life. You will start to recognise the relationship between your thoughts, feelings and actions. You will begin to discover how you can improve every aspects of your life, being relationships or career by learning to transform your negative thinking patterns. During the coaching process you will develop new skills and will begin to value and appreciate yourself and your abilities. By the end of our coaching sessions you will feel empowered to transform your life. (You might even feel UNSTOPPABLE!)

Stress Coaching
Face to Face / Over the phone / Via Skype
A combination of Life and Psychological (Cognitive Behavioural) Coaching. During these sessions you are encouraged to identify the sources of stress in your life and you are invited to examine then change the way you respond to stress inducing thoughts and events. You will learn valuable tools and techniques to stress management and by the end of our sessions you will be able to manage stress better.
